Motor insurance

A motor insurance policy provide coverage for you vehicle (Private/Commercial). It provides coverage to both damage to your vehicle and damage your vehicle causes to a third party.
This policy also covers the vehicle in the geographical regions such as, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Tibet.
There are two types of coverage in motor insurance:

1. Comprehensive Insurance (Full Insurance)

In comprehensive insurance policy, insured is compensated for any physical damage to both the vehicle and individual resulting from an accident. It also covers the payment of damages to a third party in the event of a death, physical harm, property loss, or damage.
The following risks are covered under comprehensive insurance:
1. Accidental Damage
2. Theft/Burglary
3. Fire related risk
4. Lightning related risk
5. Explosion related risk
6. Self-ignition
7. Act of God such as, Earthquake, Flood, Landslide, Storm, Hailstorm, Snow, Frost
8. RSMDST risks
9. Third Party Liability for property damage and death/medical treatment

2. Third Party Insurance

In third party insurer compensates for any losses incurred if the insured vehicle results in the death/medical treatment of the third party and damage to their property.
